Refund Policy

Tidbits Trivia · Last updated August 4, 2026

The whole game is free. Every question and every game mode is playable without paying us anything, so nothing you need in order to play is ever behind a purchase. Tidbits Club is an optional membership that adds extra features on top of that.

Because of this, our position on refunds is simple: if Club isn't what you expected, tell us and we'll refund it. We would rather return your money than have you paying for something you don't use.

How to request a refund

Where you ask depends on where you bought, because the store you purchased through is the merchant of record and is the only party who can actually return the money.

Bought onWhere refunds are handled
iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com
Android Google Play — order history, or the Play Store app
Windows Microsoft — account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
Our website Email us at ben@learningischange.com

Apple, Google, and Microsoft each apply their own refund rules and time limits, and their decision is final on purchases made through them — we cannot override it. If a store turns you down and you think that's wrong, email us anyway and we'll do what we can.

Web purchases

Purchases made on our website are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. For those we offer a 30-day refund on any Club purchase, for any reason. Email ben@learningischange.com from the address you purchased with and we'll process it.

Founding Member (Lifetime) is a one-time purchase and carries the same 30-day window. After a refund, Club features stop and your account returns to the free game — which is still the entire game.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not return the last one. You keep Club access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Things we don't charge for

There is nothing else to refund. We sell exactly one thing, in three billing shapes. There are no consumables, no in-game currency, no loot boxes, no ads, and no per-question or per-pack purchases. Hosting a trivia night is free and stays free.

If something is broken

If you paid for Club and the features aren't unlocking, that's a bug on our side, not a refund question — email ben@learningischange.com and we'll fix your account. Club access is designed to fail open, so a problem on our end should never lock you out of something you paid for.

Questions about any of this: ben@learningischange.com.
