These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tidbits Trivia apps and website (the "Service"), operated by Learning is Change. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Tidbits Trivia is a trivia game. The full game — every question, every game mode needed to play — is free and stays free. You do not need an account or a purchase to play.

Tidbits Club membership

Tidbits Club is an optional paid membership that adds extra features on top of the free game (such as Ranked Seasons, the Knowledge Atlas, the Story Archive, and Expeditions). It never gates the core game. Club is offered as:

• Monthly — an auto-renewable subscription billed each month.
• Yearly — an auto-renewable subscription billed each year.
• Founding Member (Lifetime) — a one-time purchase for lifetime access. It does not renew.

The current prices are shown in the app or on the checkout page before you buy. One Club membership unlocks Club features across the platforms where you sign in with the same account.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Monthly and Yearly memberships are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your account with the store you purchased through (Apple, Google, Microsoft) or, for web purchases, our payment processor, at confirmation of purchase. Each subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time:

• Apple: your Apple Account settings → Subscriptions.
• Google Play: the Play Store → Subscriptions.
• Microsoft: your Microsoft account → Services & subscriptions.
• Web: the link in your purchase-confirmation email, or by emailing us.

Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Payments and refunds

Our full Refund Policy explains where to request a refund for each store, and the 30-day window on web purchases.

Purchases made through an app store are processed by that store under its own terms, and refunds for those purchases are handled by that store. Web purchases are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Acceptable use

Please use the Service lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, reverse its security, or abuse shared features (such as leaderboards or live events).

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the updated version will appear on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
